Cancellation Policy

We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled event to avoid cancellation fee as below:
50% of your total booking amount will be charged if the cancellation within 7 days of cruise date
100% of your total booking amount will be charge if the cancellation within 5 days of cruise date or in case of no show

Rate is inclusive of Refreshments (soft-drinks and still water)
We are allowed to play music just after Sky Dive and not inside the Marina.
Loud music is not allowed inside the Marina Channel as well as the Lagoon (in front of Westin Hotel and Le Meridian).
As per new Coast Guard regulations, it is a must for the guests to wear life vest (life jacket) that will be provided to them as per the following:
Bad weather
For small boats
Kids below 10 years old
As per Coast Guard Regulation, please note that no one is allowed in water to go for swimming after sunset.
Pick-up/drop-off will be Dubai Marina Mall

Adverse weather Conditions

In the event of a forecast for bad weather conditions prior to departure, we reserve the right to reschedule to an alternative date. Refunds will not be made for bad weather aesthesis outside our control. If rough weather should occur during the charter, the Captain will make the decision on whether there is a necessity to alter the planned route, or to return to the marina for safety reason

As per new coast guard rules effective immediately for all trip all boats require to keep the passenger list onboard at all times. We will circulate a simple passenger manifest which needs to be filled either when the guests arrive or better if the organizers can fill and give in advance to avoid crowding during the check in.
Kindly advise all your clients accordingly. Also the organizer needs to provide his ID / passport for the duration of the trip-
